CANCELLATION POLICIES

We apply two types of rates: flexible or non-refundable.

Flexible rate, free booking up to 30 days before arrival. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival.

Non-refundable rate The customer pays the full amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time after booking.

Tourist tax not included in the rate.
